Shipping Policy

Orders are packed in hard back envelopes or book wraps and sent within 1 week of payment. Orders are posted using UK Royal Mail service and they are all tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number.
Delivery times after receiving the shipping notification are generally as follows:
For UK: 2 business days
For Europe: 5-10 business days
For Rest of World: 15-20 business days
If you require an urgent delivery, please email me at info@jccandanedo.com before completing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request. This may be subject to an extra shipping cost which will be agreed with you before sending.
EU customers, please note VAT may apply on delivery. Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.
